By Alfred J. Plechner, D.V.M.

The medical world is concerned with the medical effects that occur with elevated levels of estrogen and what catastrophic effects that elevated estrogen might cause.

However, standard medical practices only measure three ovarian estrogens in woman, and estradiol in men and in animals.

There seems to be no realization, that there are huge amount of estrogen being produced by the inner layer adrenal cortex and rarely is total estrogen measured.

The medical profession seems to believe if a hormone is measured in a normal level the body can use this hormone which is absolutely incorrect.

My syndrome levels are based upon comparative hormone levels that will indicate whether that hormone that is being produced by the body can be used by the body or not.

There also needs to be a realization that the endocrine system regulates the immune system and they do not operate independently.

The medical world has also been afraid to use steroids because many years ago when a major medical center over dosed synthetic steroids to treat arthritis patients and viewed there side effects, the use of steroids and their reports claimed cortisone acetate was a horrible substance and even though it worked it should never be used again.

I do not believe cortisone acetate has been produced for many years.

It is a shame that medical vectors even when they are wrong, seem to regulate our lives and our pets lives incorrectly!

You may be familiar with the B vitamin deficiency in Biotin.

This is a medical vector that came from 200 years ago from a person in France that lived only on cabernet wine and 21 raw eggs a day.

I believe the medical profession realizes that raw egg white contains a Biotin inhibitor which is only destroyed by heat while being cooked.

Many of the medical professionals do not realize that people and animals need to produce a certain amount of middle layer adrenal cortisol if we hope to remain healthy.

Why is this not taught in schools of higher medical learning?

It has become apparent with my own studies, that most catastrophic diseases have an adrenal gland that is producing either a deficient, defective or bound cortisol.

The only way to determine this is by reading about Atypical Cortisol Estrogen Imbalance Syndrome (ACEIS) or as the public refers to it as Plechner's Syndrome.

Let’s now investigate this estrogenic vicious cycle.

What really is this?

Cortisol imbalances and their hormone production can be affected by so many environmental inputs like toxins, chemicals, drugs, alcohol, various medications, vaccines, anesthesia, foods, dental amalgams with mercury, contaminated water, estrogen mimickers, radiation and foods with petrochemicals and GMO food products.

This also can be affected by genetics and acquired by age.

I have found that all of these seem to affect the middle layer adrenal cortex and reduce its ability to produce enough proper cortisol the fund the negative feedback to the pituitary gland.

This is the beginning of the “Estrogenic, Vicious Cycle”.

Once the middle layer adrenal cortex production of cortisol is damaged, the pituitary gland will keep producing its hormone called ACTH to hope for a release of more active cortisol.

When this cannot happen for many of the reasons listed above,

the inner layer adrenal cortex responds as a direct feedback to the ACTH and produces excess amounts of estrogen and female hormone called androgen also.

The elevated total estrogen than begins to cause health problems.

What then are these problems?

The elevated total estrogen deregulates the immune system so that the B and T cell protection of the body is lost.

Again, what does that mean?

It means that with a deregulated T cell, the body’s protection against viruses will not happen.

This is why HIV goes to AIDs.

This is why FELV, FIV and FIP in cats become diseases because all these patients have elevated total estrogen.

The T cell, when deregulated, will also not protect against molds and fungi and this is why many women have chronic candida or outbreaks.

What else does a total estrogen cause?

It binds the receptor sites of thyroid hormone even though it is not tested in animals be can be tested in people.

In my clinical studies, for whatever the reason, ongoing steroid replacement in a patient should consider using a thyroid supplement to help increase the metabolism of the liver and kidneys to help breakdown and excrete the total estrogen, and stop the steroid from going from a physiological level into a damaging pharmacological level.

In most instances, this has also not been learned yet by the medical profession.

Medicine for people has advanced to the point when most human practitioners realize that if the total estrogen is elevated, the body produces a Reverse T3.

When this happens, with elevated total estrogen, the patient’s thyroid hormones may be an empirical norm but cannot be used by the body.

In this instance if a T4 supplement is prescribed, often the results will have little effect if any, because the elevated total estrogen will cause the T4 supplement to be converted into Reverse T3 which is opposite to why the thyroid hormone was prescribed in the first place.

The estrogenic block of the thyroid receptor site further protects the Vicious, Estrogenic Cycle by reducing the metabolism of the liver and kidney which will reduce the breakdown and excretion of the elevated total estrogen.

The elevated total estrogen will further deregulate the B and T lymphocytes so that they no longer recognize self-tissue and may make autoantibodies to these tissues.

I personally believe this is why autoimmunity and cancer can be the end effect of this Vicious, Estrogenic Cycle.

What also is not recognized yet is that when the total elevated estrogen occurs, the B cell production of antibody is reduced in people and animals and when this happens, if that mucous membrane antibody is below a certain level, oral antibiotics, homeopathic and holistic supplements will never be absorbed.

As a Healer, you need to know this.

This is why often people and animals that have been hospitalized on IV or IM medications do very well while being hospitalized, but when they are sent home on the same oral medication they fall apart.

Often then a different oral medication is prescribed but what is the point if the oral medication is not absorbed?

This is why giving a vaccine may not create protective antibodies in a human or an animal.

Many years ago, each human infant would be challenged with a scratch test at one year of age to see if that infant had produced protective antibodies and if not a Plechner Syndrome blood test is indicated to have this happen.

In young animals, once the early vaccines have been performed, a blood titer can be done to see if young animals responded correctly to the vaccines and if protective antibodies have been created.

Hopefully you can now see why a child or young animal with this imbalance can only be hurt by a vaccine and even though given the vaccine, they will not make protective antibodies.  Unfortunately this may cause them develop disease because they could not develop protective antibodies from the vaccine.

Much of the Vicious, Estrogenic Cycle will continue because of this lack of realization that it does exist

The protective factors for this elevated total estrogen come from many areas.

When the elevated total estrogen occurs and binds thyroid, increase fatty tissue occurs which contains increased levels of aromatase which converts androgen and testosterone into different forms of estrogen that further add to the Vicious,  Estrogenic Cycle.

The binding of the thyroid reduces the ability of the liver to breakdown estrogen and at the same time with a reduced metabolism in the kidneys, excretion of the estrogen will also be reduced which is definitely part of this Vicious Estrogenic Cycle.

These are only my thoughts as a simple clinical veterinarian,

However, I really know this will be a large part of surviving the future for ourselves, our families and our pets.

I have found some answers, but the world is not quite ready to listen.
