Estrogen’s Vicious Cycle

ADRENAL ESTROGEN’S VICIOUS CYCLE

The medical world is concerned with the medical effects that occur with elevated levels of estrogen and the catastrophic effects that elevated estrogen, will cause.

However, standard medical practices only measure three ovarian estrogens in woman, which includes, estradiol, estrone, and estriole, while in men and animals, they usually only measure estradiol.

There seems to be no realization, that there are huge amounts of estrogen being produced by the inner layer adrenal cortex, and rarely is this total estrogen, measured.

The medical profession seems to believe if a hormone is measured in an empirical level that this hormone is active, and can be used by the body. This is very questionable, without doing comparative hormone levels.

My syndrome values, are based upon comparative hormone values that will indicate whether that hormone that is being produced by the body is active, and can be actually used by the body.

There also needs to be realized that the endocrine system regulates the immune system and the immune system, does not operate, independently.

The medical world has also been afraid to use steroids, because many years ago, when a medical researcher at a major medical center, over dosed synthetic steroids, in order to treat arthritis patients, and all the patients, developed major side effects, and their therapy was stopped.

Thereafter, the use of steroids and their reports claimed, cortisone acetate was a horrible substance and even though it worked, it should never be used again.

A Nobel Prize was awarded to the researcher for his discoveries originally, before all the side effects occurred.

I do not believe cortisone acetate is still produced.

It is a shame that medical vectors, even when they may be wrong, seem to regulate our lives and our pet’s lives incorrectly!

You may be familiar with the B vitamin deficiency in Biotin.

This is a medical vector that came from 200 years ago, from a person in France that lived only on cabernet wine and 21 raw eggs a day.

I believe the medical profession realizes that raw egg white contains a Biotin inhibitor, which is only destroyed by heat.

Many of the medical professionals do not realize that in humans and animals, it is vital for them to produce a certain amount of middle layer, adrenal cortisol, if they hope to remain healthy, and not develop allergies, autoimmunity and cancer.

It has become apparent with my own studies, that most catastrophic diseases have a middle layer, adrenal cortex that is producing either deficient, defective or bound amounts, of cortisol.

The only way to determine this is by going to www.drplechner.com and reading about ACEIS or what the public, refers to as, Plechner’s Syndrome.

Let’s now investigate this Adrenal Estrogenic Vicious Cycle

A cortisol imbalance in hormone production from the middle layer adrenal cortex, can be affected by so many different, environmental inputs like toxins, chemicals, drugs, alcohol, various medications, vaccines, anesthesia, foods, dental amalgams with mercury and other damaging heavy metals, contaminated water, estrogen mimickers (xenoestrogens), plant estrogens (phytoestrogens), radiation, foods with petrochemicals and GMO food products.

The cortisol production can also be adversely affected by genetics and acquired, with age.

I have found that all of these inputs seem to affect the middle layer adrenal cortex and reduce its ability to produce enough proper cortisol, to fund the negative feedback to the hypothalamic-pituitary axis.

In my opinion the middle layer adrenal cortex, might be the Achilles’ Tendon of the body.

This is the beginning of the “Estrogenic, Vicious Cycle”.

Once the middle layer adrenal cortex production of cortisol becomes deficient, defective or bound, the hypothalamus continues production of its hormone, Corticotropin Releasing factor (CRF) and the pituitary gland will keep producing its hormone called Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), in order to have the middle layer adrenal cortex, produce and release, more active cortisol.

When the middle layer adrenal cortex cannot to do this, for many of the reasons listed above, the inner layer, adrenal cortex will respond in a direct feedback to the CRF and the ACTH and cause, the production of excess amounts of adrenal estrogen and female hormone, called androgen.

The elevated total (adrenal) estrogen than begins to cause health problems.

What then are these problems?

The elevated total estrogen deregulates the immune system, so that the B and T cell protection of the body is decreased.

Again, what does that mean?

It means that with a deregulated T-lymphocyte, the patient’s body, will not be protected against viruses.

This is why HIV will continue into to AIDs.

Many years ago, I was allowed to have my endocrine immune testing done on 6 men with AIDS, and they all had a cortisol imbalance, with elevated estrogen and a deregulated T lymphocyte.

Wouldn’t you think this a test that should be done on every patients that has been exposed to the HIV virus?

How about all the patients that have chronic B and C type, hepatic viruses?

This is why exposure to the FELV, FIV and FIP viruses in cats, can become diseases, because all these patients have imbalanced cortisol, elevated total estrogen, and a deregulated T-lymphocyte.

The T cell, when deregulated, will also not protect against molds and fungi, and this is why many women with elevated amounts of adrenal estrogen, have chronic candida or outbreaks.

What else does an elevated, total estrogen cause?

It binds the receptor sites for the thyroid hormones. This occurs in humans and in animals and when this occurs in humans, a Thyroid Binding Globulin is produced (TBG).

In my clinical studies, ongoing steroid replacement in a human and in a canine, must include a thyroid supplement, in order to increase, the metabolism of the liver and kidneys and help them breakdown and excrete the cortisol supplement and the adrenal estrogen, in a 24 hour period, otherwise without using a thyroid supplement with a cortisol therapy, the cortisol will not be broken down and excreted in a 24 hour period, and will become a pharmacological, over dose.

Medical information for people, has advanced to the point when most human practitioners, realize that if the total estrogen is elevated, the body produces a Reverse T3.

When this happens, with elevated total estrogen, the patient’s thyroid hormones may be empirically normal, but the thyroid hormones, cannot be used by the body.

Even though a patient may have all the signs of hypothyroidism, is told that their thyroid is function is perfectly normal.

In this instance, even if a T4 supplement is prescribed, often the results will have little effect if any, because the elevated total estrogen will cause the T4 supplement to be converted into more Reverse T3, which is opposite of why the thyroid hormone was prescribed, in the first place.

The estrogenic block of the thyroid receptor sites further protects the Adrenal, Vicious Estrogenic Cycle by reducing the metabolism of the liver and kidney, which in turn, will reduce the breakdown and excretion of the elevated total estrogen.

The elevated total estrogen will further deregulate the B and T lymphocytes, so that the B and T lymphocyte lose recognition of self-tissue and may make autoantibodies and cytotoxic damage, to normal body tissues.

I personally believe this is why autoimmunity and cancer can be the end effect, of this Adrenal, Vicious Estrogenic Cycle.

What also is not recognized, is that when the total elevated estrogen occurs, the B cell production of immunoglobulin (antibody) is reduced in humans and in animals and when this happens, if the mucous membrane antibody, referred to as immunoglobulin A (IgA) is below 58 g/dL in canines and felines and below 68 mg/dl in humans, oral replacement steroids, some antibiotics and many homeopathic and holistic supplements, cannot be absorbed.

This is why when humans and animals that are hospitalized on IV or IM medications, do very well until they are sent home on the same oral medication, and they begin to develop their original disease, again.

Many times a different oral medication may be prescribed, but it also may not be, absorbed.

This is also why, when the B-lymphocyte production of antibody has decreased, why giving a vaccine may not create protective antibodies, in a human or in an animal.

Many years ago, each human infant would be challenged with a scratch test at one year of age, in order to see if that infant had produced protective antibodies and if did not, an ACEIS or Plechner Syndrome, blood test is indicated.

In young animals, once the early vaccines have been performed, a blood titer test can be done to see if the young animals responded correctly to the vaccines and if protective antibodies had been created.

There is a medical feeling that even if the subject has not produced protective antibodies, their T- lymphocyte may be producing some cytotoxic protection, for them.

Hopefully you can now see why a child or young animal with this imbalance, can only be hurt by a vaccine and even though given the vaccine, they will not be able to produce, protective antibodies.

Also with elevated total (adrenal) estrogen and bound thyroid hormones, any vaccine with its carriers, can become a foreign invader that the child’s, imbalance endocrine immune system cannot tolerate, and the vaccine may cause only, horrible side effects.

Unfortunately this also may cause them not to develop proper immunity, which would, upon exposure to a vaccinatable disease, cause them to develop that particular vaccinatable disease.

Much of the Adrenal, Vicious Estrogenic Cycle will continue because of this lack of realization that it does exist

The protective factors for this elevated total estrogen come from many different areas.

When the elevated total (adrenal) estrogen occurs and binds thyroid, an increase in fatty tissue may occur, which contains increased levels of aromatase, which is an enzymes in the fatty tissue, that converts androgen and testosterone into different forms of estrogen, that further add to the Adrenal, Vicious Estrogenic Cycle.

This is why it is vital for a male that is thinking about taking a testosterone supplement, to first measure their total (adrenal) estrogen and testosterone, before taking the supplement.

Two weeks after they have taken the testosterone supplement, they need to remeasure, both testosterone and total (adrenal) estrogen, in order to make sure their testosterone supplement has not caused them to have an increase, in total (adrenal) estrogen.

The binding of the thyroid hormones, also reduces the ability of the liver to breakdown the estrogen and at the same time with a reduced metabolism in the kidneys, excretion of the estrogen will also be reduced, which definitely adds to retaining, this Adrenal, Vicious Estrogenic Cycle.

These are only my thoughts as a simple clinical veterinarian.

However, I really understanding this endocrine immune imbalance, will be a large part of surviving the future not only for ourselves, but also for our families and for our pets.

I have found some answers, but the world is not quite ready to listen.

Sincerely,

Dr. AL Plechner
